There is always confusion about the pressure needed to clean with a toothbrush and the type of motion needed and the number of times a day teeth should be cleaned.

How To Use KForce Soniclean Toothbrush
KForce Soniclean works at a speed of 30,000 strokes per minute and only uses one AAA battery every two months with regular daily use.
At completion of eating, swish some water vigorously through the mouth to dislodge any food debris. Turn on the Soniclean by pressing the square button and begin to brush the tongue surface to loosen any biofilm that has been building through the day.
Next add a small amount of KForce Tongue Gel or KForce Toothpaste to the brush head. Usually a small dollop of paste/gel about the size of a fingernail is all that is needed. Work the paste/gel into the tongue surface and also brush the paste/gel over all the teeth and gums, making sure to allow the brush to vibrate freely without any added pressure from your part.
The whole process should take about two minutes. The KForce Soniclean has an auto shut off timer after two minutes to stop battery drain. At completion rinse your mouth with water and if you have a tongue cleaner handy, gently scrape the surface of your tongue a few times.
