Postage and Delivery
1. AUSTRALIA - FREE Post over $99.00 or $10.00 under this amount
Delivery is 3 to 5 days for Regular or 1 to 2 days for Express Post. You are given an option for Express Post at Checkout for $12. If you are not home at delivery time, the postman will leave a notice in your letter box. You can then collect the parcel from your post office.
2. NEW ZEALAND, SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA - $20.00 UPS Courier Post
Delivery is 5 to 7 days. You must sign for the parcel and UPS will not accept PO Boxes. UPS will send you a tracking email with all your parcel details when they collect it from our office.
3. REST OF ASIA - $40.00 UPS Courier Post
Delivery is 5 to 7 days. You must sign for the parcel and UPS will not accept PO Boxes. UPS will send you a tracking email with all your parcel details when they collect it from our office.
4. USA, CANADA, UK, IRELAND - $60.00 UPS Courier Post

Packaging of Order
You have complete confidentiality when you order from Australian Breath Clinic.
All parcels delivered are in a plain brown box, with no marks that would indicate the contents of the parcel. There is an address sticker with your name and address and our PO box address for any return items. If the parcel is being sent overseas then there is also a customs sticker attached that will state that the goods inside the box are dental goods for personal use. The customs sticker is a requirement of all overseas exports.
Payments Accepted
1. Credit Card. We accept all Australian credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners). Please make sure that the card you use is not a debit card as these types of card cannot be processed without a PIN number.
2. Direct Deposit. You can deposit directly in to our bank account. Transfer takes about 24 hours and we can send your order immediately on receiving payment. Our bank details are below. Please email us once you have done this option, so we can watch out for your order.
