Always Use Without Water
Step 1
• Gently rub the gel into the tongue surface with toothbrush
• Massage the gel into all the tongue grooves for 30 seconds
• Remove the gel with the supplied Tongue Cleaner
• Rinse with KForce Breath Guard Mouthwash for 1 minute
Step 2
• Reapply another coating of gel to the tongue surface with toothbrush
• Allow gel to sit and do not clean off
• Continue on cleaning the mouth including teeth and gums
• Rinse with water to remove any gel remnants
• Clean the tongue again with the supplied Tongue Cleaner

Each gel will last approx 1 month when used according to directions. You purchase an additional 2 gels to make this kit last up to 3 months.
