Please remember that nothing substitutes for an actual physical consultation at our clinic. But we understand that this is neither feasable or affordable for many of our customers.

The quiz is the actual detailed quiz that Dr Speiser uses in the Halicheck consultation. After completion email the form to dentist@breezecare.com, Dr Speiser will review your form and send you advice. Please understand that we still run a full time dental and breath practice and therefore our response may not be immediate. We will send a comprehensive report about bad breath and its causes.
